Changes - by Ratana.

Remember how once your tiny and vulnerable body fit perfectly in your mother's tender hold, giving you a sense of security? Remember how you grew up to a toddler who threw tantrums and to an adolescence whom had curiosity always lingering in your mind?

From such a young age of throwing tantrums to the age of curiosity and exploring new things, we go through many changes - physically, mentally or spiritually. As we grow up, we go through many ups and downs, each of us with our own unique stories. Some people experience little, while some have it worse.

Who we are is very hard to define, each being such a complex individual, friendly and snobbish, hyper and composed, emotional and contained at the same time. But we all have one thing in common, that is to learn things in life through experiences. Some might think life is all about enjoying and keeping oneself happy, while others gain happiness through channeling their compassion and love to others. In fact, we'll never know what is true happiness all about without going through the rough patches of life.

At the end of the day, it is the past that you experience make you who you are today. We all have a lot more to learn, and changes will eventually occur even when we don't realize it. It's all about making use of the littlest time we have to reflect on yourselves on whether you're doing it right and can gain happiness through it or doing it wrong and causing your own downfall. No matter how far we go in life, our roots should not be forgotten as that's where it all began.

Enjoy your lives as you can and cherish everything around you for every change has its own meaning behind it. :)
